We Are Neighbors Helping Neighbors!
Your dues help maintain our entrances, Swenson Park, as well as administrative costs of the association. They also fund the ‘Tide-ings’ News and web page, special events like Summer Fun Fest, Christmas at the Fire Station and others throughout the community. We will represent you and keep you informed about all local issues that will impact you and our community, including rate increases for water, sewer, the golf course, and water ways.
We will work together to protect and improve our community. We are neighbors helping neighbors to facilitate community inclusiveness, sustainability, awareness, and involvement to promote a safe, vibrant neighborhood. Please share your ideas with board members.
