Your dues help maintain our entrances, Swenson Park, administrative costs of the association, ‘Tide-ings’ News and web page, special events like Summer Fun Fest, Christmas at the Fire Station and others throughout the community. We will represent you and keep you informed about all local issues that will impact you and our community, rate increases for water and sewer, golf course, and water ways.
We will work together to protect and improve our community. We are neighbors helping neighbors to facilitate community inclusiveness, sustainability, awareness, and involvement to promote a safe, vibrant neighborhood. Please share your ideas with board members.
